俞正声韩正祝愿澳门馆成为世博园亮点

俞正声在会见时说，上海正在全力以赴筹办世博会，各项工作正在有序推进，相信在中央的坚强领导下，在中央各部门、各兄弟省区市和全国人民的大力支持下，一定能办成一届成功、精彩、难忘的世博会。祝愿澳门馆和城市最佳实践区澳门案例成为世博园区的亮点，吸引广大参观者。希望上海和澳门进一步加强合作，推进共同发展。

崔世安表示，澳门将抓住世博会机遇，精心展示好澳门馆和城市最佳实践区澳门案例，展示澳门城市发展理念和回归后的新形象。

Shanghai Party Secretary Yu Zhengsheng and Shanghai Mayor Han Zheng yesterday met with a delegation headed by Macau Chief Executive Fernando Chui Sai On.

Shanghai is sparing no effort in preparing Expo 2010 and preparation work has been smooth, Yu said. Shanghai will organize a successful, splendid and unforgettable Expo 2010 with the support from central government departments and provinces, Yu added.

Yu also said that he wished Macau Pavilion and Macau's UBPA pavilion would become highlights of the Expo site and hoped that the two will attract many visitors. Yu also hoped that Shanghai and Macau will step up cooperation and develop together.

Chui said that Macau will use Expo 2010 as an opportunity to best showcase Macau Pavilion and Macau's UBPA pavilion.

During the Expo period, Macau will stage its urban development philosophy and its new image after being handover back to China from the Portuguese in 1999, Chui added.

Senior city leaders such as Yang Xiaodu and Tang Dengjie also attended the meeting.
