Beyonce will release the Jake Nava-directed music videos for her two new singles "If I Were a Boy" and "Single Ladies " this Monday, October 13 via MTV, BET, VH1 and Fuse.
碧昂丝近期将发行两首新单曲《If I Were a Boy》和《Single Ladies》的MV。这两首MV都是由Jake Nava操刀指导的，MV也将在十月十三号，本周一于MTV、BET、VH1和Fuse频道中播出。
"It's kind of like Freaky Friday," Beyonce tells Billboard of the concept behind the "If I Were a Boy" vid, where she plays a police officer. "In the beginning of the video, my husband makes me breakfast and he's excited about it, and I kind of don't have time to eat. As a police officer, I have a male partner and the video goes through our days. My husband's at work and has attractive girls flirting with him but he declines their advances. I have a guy flirting with me, and I flirt back."
碧昂丝在给美榜描述到《If I Were a Boy》MV的创作理念时说："这有点儿像电影《辣妈辣妹》。”MV一开始碧昂丝扮演了一个警官。“在MV刚开始，我的丈夫高兴的做了早餐，但是我却没有时间吃。作为一个警察，我有一个男性的搭档，这个MV就讲述了我们一天的工作。我的丈夫在工作的时候有迷人的女孩与他调情，但是他却否认他们的进展；我工作的时候也有个男伴与我调情。”

Beyonce adds, "It's about all of the little things that mean so much in a relationship. At the end of the clip, you realize that I was acting out his life, and it all starts over again. He was a cop and everything that happened was really him doing the same thing to me."
碧昂丝补充到：“这些都是恋爱中的小事情，但是它们份量却很重。在片子的结尾，你会意识到我在演绎他的生活，然后真正的生活又重新开始了：他是个警察，刚才发生的所有事情其实都是他对我做的。”
