此次歌唱大赛系大型慈善公益活动，打造国内最权威、最具影响力的外语类歌唱比赛，聚集网络每一个外语歌唱达人的爱心力量，筹集善款，为同一片蓝天下渴望知识的孩子们改善学习条件。
