《握住我的手》于北京时间12月10日早上10:30在美国黑人娱乐电视台（BET）一部半小时的杰克逊电视特辑上首播。这部音乐录影还在MTV、VH1和FUSE等电视频道播出。

佩林顿在加州与一群来自各个社会阶层的歌迷们一起拍摄了《握住我的手》。在这部录影里，佩林顿通过迈克尔和阿肯以及所有代表迈克尔遗产的人们的组合画面，讲述了这首歌的故事，让流行音乐之王留在身后的光环继续闪耀。
