奥斯卡颁奖典礼的制作人、《舞林争霸》评委Adam Shankman在著名微博客网站Twitter上向粉丝们征求意见，怎样才能让明年的颁奖典礼电视直播吸引大量的观众。《好莱坞报道》撰文表示，大部分回复的网友们都说希望在颁奖典礼上看到《暮光之城》的男女主角罗伯特·帕丁森和克里斯琴·斯图亚特共同颁发奖项，同时也建议让《舞林争霸》当年的选手舞者在演出中表演经典舞蹈。下面这条回复就很有代表性：“如果罗伯特和克里斯琴能一起颁奖就好了，就克里斯琴一个人也行啊，因为去年没邀请她（不礼貌啊不礼貌！），他们来我就看。”而还有粉丝回复说：“横竖都要看奥斯卡颁奖的，不过如果能有《舞林争霸》的版块那我就high死了！”


Oscar show co-producer Adam Shankman has asked his followers on Twitter for suggestions on how to draw a big audience for next year's telecast. As reported by the Hollywood Reporter, most tweeted back that they want to see Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as Oscar presenters and regulars on So You Think You Can Dance, on which Shankman is a judge, performing some of the dance numbers. A typical response: "If Rob and Kristen present an award together, or even just Kristen since she wasn't invited (rude!) last yr, I'd 4 sure watch." Said another: "I will watch the Oscars no matter what, but my excitement factor will be ten-fold if you have Sytycd [So You Think You Can Dance] alumns in the show."
