Angelina Jolie is poised to direct a new biopic film called Unbroken, based on the life of WWII veteran Louis Zamperini.

Jolie made her directorial debut with the 2011 drama In the Land of Blood and Honey, and is now in final talks to direct Unbroken based on a treatment she wrote for bosses at Universal, according to Deadline.
