The 65th Festival de Cannes is open!

当地时间5月16日19点15分（北京时间17日凌晨），第65届戛纳国际电影节在法国揭开帷幕。电影节主竞赛单元评委亮相开幕式红毯，本届电影节将持续至27日，共有22部主竞赛单元影片竞逐电影节最高奖金棕榈奖。

戛纳国际电影节（法语：Festival de Cannes）是一个由法国于1939年首度举办于该国南部城市戛纳，于二战战后复兴并于同地扩大举办的国际性电影展暨电影奖。它是国际上最具影响力的影展之一，与德国的柏林电影节、意大利的威尼斯电影节、加拿大的多伦多国际电影节，以及捷克的卡罗维发利电影节合称为世界五大电影节；又与柏林影展、威尼斯影展，以及俄国的莫斯科影展并称世界四大艺术电影展。

Moonrise Kingdom

The American director Wes Anderson and the whole team of Moonrise Kingdom, the first film to be screened in Competition, opened the 65th Festival de Cannes this Wednesday 16 May in the presence of the Italian President of the Jury, Nanni Moretti, and the eight jury members.
