Here are 8 effective ways to stop eating Junk food
-Read about JUNK FOOD and know EXACTLY how they affect your body.
Sure, we know that cola is bad for us. But do you really know how bad can it for you?
-Never, ever, go to the supermarket empty stomach.
I have seen this pattern time and time again. When I am hungry almost every time, I pick at least few extra items of unhealthy stuff like biscuits etc. So next time have a nice meal and then do your grocery shopping:)
-Tell your friends and family NOT to give you sweets, or other unhealthy stuff during festivities.
Instead tell them to gift yor fitness bands, gym memberships or massage vouchers.
It may seem odd at first to you and to them, but they might just appreciate your creativity.
Or probably you can be the first mover and gift them a healthy gift and in most cases they will oblige by doing the same!
-Whenever visiting KFC, McD always order less or just a single burger and tell your partner or friend that you will share it.
Usually its the craving. After a bit or two or three bites later it goes away. Maybe you can eat few almonds and a piece of fruit before eating junk.
-Know this: You cannot completely stop yourself from eating junk.
Just apply the 80/20 rule. Eat exceptionally well 80–90% of the time and then cheat on Junk ( don't go crazy) once a week.
I swear to GOD I enjoy eating junk more than you as I eat them once a month and really saviour every bite.
Sometimes, I just don't feel like and months pass without me eating jUNK. But if I have cravings i do snack on them from time to time.
-Don't order fries or those thick vanilla shakes with your burgers. Seriously!
-Start your day well, by eating something healthy.
This requires planning on your part. If you cannot find eggs in the morning don't be surprised you binge on waffles and pancakes and this will probably spiral into a bad day of eating almost every time.
-Teach yourself to cook more at home or simply delegate the task if you are not the cooking types!
We tend to eat fast/junk food usually when there is no good-delicious home made alternatives available.

Don't forget even pizzas can be made with whole four and tons of fresh veggies and free meat. Just find someone to do the dirty work…haha!
