Shanghainese cold noodles with peanut sauce and vegetables

上海凉面+花生酱+蔬菜

Ingredients

原料

* Thin Chinese noodles

细面条

* Cooking oil (canola, olive, peanut oil all work well)

油(菜油、橄榄油、花生油都可以)

* Handful of bean sprouts

一把豆芽

* 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter

三分之一杯花生酱

* Lukewarm water to taste

温水

* Soy sauce to taste, vinegar

酱油和醋(调味用)

For topping:

浇头

* Raw vegetables like carrot, string beans and cucumber grated or cut into matchsticks

生的萝卜、豆芽和黄瓜,切碎或者切成长条

* Cilantro or hot chili oil to garnish

可以加香菜或者辣椒油
