1、Ok , what is with the blockage？你们为什么没有进一步发展？
     What is with.../what's with... 怎么回事？怎么会这样子？
Eg What's with her attitude? 这人的态度怎么那么坏？
     OMG，what's with her outfit?It's hideous! 我的天啊，你看他穿的衣服简直惨不忍睹！

Blockage 【“ ——age" is sometimes added at the end of a verb to turn it into a noun (informal ,to add emphasis ) 加在动词后变其为名词。】
Eg broker a deal
     brokerage 帮助你谈判的人
     Cleave 裂开
     Cleavage 乳沟 toe cleavage 鱼嘴鞋
Are you ready for some major ownage at DOTA?!你准备输给我了么？
I Just owned you 我刚刚赢你了
My final paper is due in like 2 hours ans i am not done yet.Total suckage.还有两小时我的论文就要交了可是我还是没写完。真糟糕。

2、You,on the other hand ,look pooped. 你，恰恰相反，看起来筋疲力尽。
【我很累】的说法
I'm bear I had a draining day at work
I 'm spent
I'm all tuckered out
Be careful nor to work yourself too hard,you'll burn out before the end of the year.
【我很兴奋】的说法
I'm so pumped
I'm psyched
I'm fired up

3 Quit ditching class or you're grounded. 停止翘课不然你就被禁足了。
ditch class 翘课
You're grounded 你被禁足了
