萨德侯爵，全名唐纳蒂安·阿尔丰斯·弗朗索瓦·德·萨德（Donatien Alphonse François, Marquis de Sade，1740年6月2日出生于巴黎，1814年12月2日逝世于巴黎附近）是一位法国贵族和一系列色情和哲学书籍的作者。萨德侯爵出身法国普罗旺斯 的贵族世家，其母有波旁王朝的皇室血统。性虐待一词(Sadism)的词源便出自萨德的名字。萨德从三十八岁起到七十四岁病死狱中为止，前后因行为不检与 作品伤风败俗，被监禁将近二十八个寒暑。最后死于夏宏东精神病患收容所。
