建议信作为书信的一种，可用书信的通用格式，包括称呼、信件主体、结束语、署名四个主要部分。例如：

Dear ____,(称呼可齐头可缩进)

I am... I am writing to...(主体内容)

(1)表明写信意图：

It is useful/ helpful/ important/ necessary for you to...

(3)表达希望：
