Ingredients
材料

* 1 cup all-purpose flour
一杯中筋面粉(就是平常我们超市能买到那种小麦粉)

* 2 eggs
两个鸡蛋

* 1/2 cup milk
半杯牛奶

* 1/2 cup water
半杯水

* 1/4 teaspoon salt
一小辍盐

* 2 tablespoons butter, melted
两勺融化的黄油

步骤

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
1. 用一个大碗,混合面粉和鸡蛋,慢慢加入水和黄油,搅拌均匀。跟着加入盐和黄油,搅拌到光滑。

2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
2. 在平底锅上涂一点点油,用中火加热。将做好的面糊均匀地倒入煎锅,一次大概1/4杯的量。

3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
3. 大约两分钟后,可丽饼的底层会成型,稍微焦黄。用锅铲反面、煎另外一面。趁热吃吧!
