奥巴马的医改方案几经折腾，终于通过。在纷乱的口水战中，却有两个小词被经常提起，是哪两个呢？

对了，就是这个yes，get to yes在这里是一个很口语化、很简单的表达方法。

在谈判的时候，如果要双方都能get to yes，那么我们必须给出一个yesable proposition：能让人说yes的提议。

而说no的那一方又怎么样呢？
