“发烧友”最初是指什么？
什么是“发烧友”？
An audiophile, from Latin audio "Ihear" and Greek philos "loving" is a hobbyist who seeks high-quality audio reproduction via the use of non-mass-produced high-end audioelectronics.
Audiophile，由拉丁语audio(意为“我听见”)和希腊语philos(意为“喜爱”)构成，指通过使用非批量生产的高端伴音电子设备以达到高品质音响效果的音响爱好者，(也就是常说的“音响发烧友”)。
Some audiophiles try to listen to music at a quality level that is as close to the original performanceas possible using high-fidelity components. Others try to recreate a particular sound belonging to a piece of equipment that is old or no longer current, such as the sound created by tube amplifiers.
有些发烧友试图通过高保真设备在听音乐时达到尽量接近原汁原味表演的效果。还有些发烧友则想要重现一些老旧或者不再时兴的设备独特的声音，比如电子管功放发出的声响。
Audiophile values may be applied atall stages of music reproduction: the initial audio recording, the production process, and the playback, which is usually in a home setting.
