Listen to the recording, and then answer this question: Does Claire want to give up her seat?

Claire: Oh, good!
We’re in the front row, so we’ve got some extra space.
Paul:That’s great, Claire.How did you know?

Claire: Mom told me. We’re both tall, and it’s a long flight.
Paul: Your mother’s brilliant!  It’s great to stretch out.

Flight

Attendant: Would you like some water or some orange juice?
Claire: Not now, thanks. I’ve just had a drink.
Paul: I’d like some water, please.

Flight

Attendant: Have you had a magazine or a newspaper?
Paul: No, we haven’t. I’d like this one, please.
Ah, I’m going to enjoy this flight!

Flight

Attendant: Excuse me. Would you mind giving your seats to this couple?
They’re both very tall, and they need the extra space.

Claire: They are tall. Why don’t you put them in Business Class?
Paul: Claire! You sound just like your mother!
