生命阳光馆发布展示内容与活动安排

A six-day event of the Life and Sunshine Pavilion will start tomorrow, Cao Ziping, curator of the pavilion, announced yesterday.

The pavilion is the first pavilion especially designed for disadvantaged people during the 159-year history of Expo, with the theme “Elimination of Discrimination, Poverty Alleviation, Passion for Life and a Fair Society.”

Disabled people will guide visitors to tour the pavilion. Japanese guide dogs, mobility dogs and hearing dogs will join in the activities as well.

Visitors will experience a completely dark zone and perceive the environment by smell, hearing and touch with the help of goggles and blind sticks. They can even experience a football match for blind people with special equipment.

The pavilion calls for more understanding and attention for disadvantaged people, so as to ensure them a better life in the future, said Wang Naikun, vice president of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation at yesterday’s press conference.

王乃坤表示，本届世博会设立以残疾人为主题的生命阳光馆，不仅为残疾人提供了一个展示的平台，同时也通过展示呼吁全社会增进对残疾人的尊重和理解，关爱和珍惜生命，鼓励残疾人自尊自信自强，相信通过科技的力量可以帮助残疾人拥有更美好的生活。

生命阳光馆是世博会159年历史上首次设立的残疾人馆，以“消除歧视，摆脱贫穷，关爱生命，共享阳光”为主题，诠释“让关爱的阳光照亮每一个残疾人的心灵”和“城市让残疾人生活更美好”的理念。展馆位于上海世博会主题馆中，面积1200平方米，分为序厅、阳光天地、生命舞台、体验空间、智能居家和爱心走廊六个单元。馆外有超大LED屏，播放全景动画《走到一起来》；馆内上方挂满鲜花，构成美丽的空中花园。

生命阳光馆由残疾人参与讲解、引导、演示。展馆内设置多个特殊场景和趣味性展项，使游客可亲身体验残疾人的生存环境。参观者可以在“天籁光韵”中通过拨动光束产生的美妙音韵感受神奇的回音效果，从而体会听觉的重要；在“天视奇观”体验区内，参观者在黑暗中依靠味觉、听觉和触觉，感知周围的环境，并通过特殊设备在黑暗环境中观看盲人足球赛；在阳光区里，通过“天聪公寓”、“天乐公寓”、“天目公寓”、“天行律动”等区域，分别展示听力、智力、视力、肢体残疾人士所使用的生活辅助工具，参观者可以通过互动体验感受高科技给残疾人生活带来的便利。

此外，生命阳光馆馆周活动将于5月10日正式启动，届时，将有日本听导犬、导盲犬、介助犬参与到活动中。
