the probation period of resignation

Dear Sir/Madam:

It is with deep regret that I tender my resignation from the (provide position and title) effective immediately as provided for under the terms and conditions of employment during the probationary period. In the short time I have been here, I have learnt a lot and I am even in greater awe of the company’s achievements.

I came to this decision painfully after continued deliberations on my part after accepting the offer and concluding that my family needs me more than anything else at this point (or provide other reason). They will be very disappointed of my decision too after having been so supportive of me taking up the offer; but I have strong belief in my conviction that my decision to resign is the bst.

Once more, I thank you and your great organisation for having afforded me this wonderful career opportunity and wish only for its continued growth and success. I will be in touch with our HRD Manager (provide name) to ensure my resignation and actual departure are in keeping with the established company guidelines.

在与公司正式签订合同之前，我向公司提出辞职申请，以下是我的辞职书。今我之请辞，既不为薪水待遇，亦不为制度约束，更不为人情世故，实为自身原因，个人问题为要。

如水的时光匆匆流走，一去不回。来烟草的日子三月有余。这段时间，我经历了几次系统的学习，经过两个月的实践学习，经过一个月的单独工作。几个月下来，无论是从工作上还是为人上我都受益匪浅。烟草给了我们一柱光，照亮了我们前进的路。但是朝向光走去的时候，身后总会有影子。我稍一回头，瞥见了自己的影子。

我衷心感谢公司三个多月以来对我们的培养，感谢主任和市场经理以及其他客户经理对我的帮助和照顾。即使是乍现的昙花也曾肆意的绽放过，即使是瞬息的流星也曾尽情的燃烧过。没有遗憾，没有怨言，便是一场圆满的出演。虽然我并未成功，但是我努力过。我接受了烟草的培养，这在我的一生之中都没齿难忘。烟草是个华丽而精美的舞台，在这个舞台上都该是最为精湛的表演，最为旷世的奇观。我深感自身能力不足，缺陷之深，不能在此跳出唯美的舞蹈。我会牢记烟草理念，枕着烟草对我的厚爱，带着我对烟草的深厚爱戴之情和无限感激离开这个舞台，永远会用一颗感恩的心，回味烟草教给我的一切。

真心希望领导可以批准我请辞的要求！
