不同意一楼的观点，it不是什么别的东西，就是用来指代condition的。二楼直接将condition翻成病变也有些轻率了。任何医学测试都会出现谬误：有时候一种情形明明存在却检测不出来；还有当这种情形不存在时却显示它存在。
