A Law Enforcement official says the U.S. has known for at least two years that the suspect in the Christmas Day terror attacks, according to U.S. Passenger Jet, could have terrorist ties. The officials says Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab was on the list which built with known or suspected ties to a terrorist organization. Others cautioned the claims could not be verified immediately.

The Vatican is vowing to review its security procedures two days after a woman pulled Pope Benedict to the ground. The Vatican says the same woman planed a similar attack a year ago.

Actor Charlie Sheen is out of jail on bond who's arrested Christmas Day on domestic violence charges. Sheen's lawyer cautioned against rush to judgement.

And in south Florida a man surprised his girlfriend and people were waiting for their luggages at Fort Lauderdale airport. Emmanuel Corazzari proposed to girlfriend Lori Tiggalaar. She said yes.
