忙着恋爱，忙着新专辑，霉霉已经好久没有出现在大众视野里了。而前几天她又出来了——打官司。这个官司源于2013年，于2015年开始，到2017年才正式开庭。

2013年6月，Taylor Swift在美国科罗拉多州的丹佛巡演时，和一个之声主播David Mueller合影。在拍照时，David Mueller把手伸进了Taylor的裙底，并触摸了她的臀部。

事后，霉霉把这事儿告诉了自己的安保团队。安保人员和David Mueller进行对质，并永久禁止其进入霉霉的演唱会现场。这事儿很快就传开了，David Mueller名声扫地。他不仅被之声开除，还一直找不到工作，生活很拮据。

David Mueller因此很不甘心。2015年，他否认了自己的性骚扰行为，反而把霉霉一行人告上了法庭。他表示自己是被诽谤的，并索赔300万美元（约2000万人民币）。

Mueller had first sued the singer, her mother and radio promotions director Frank Bell in 2015. He had accused them of interfering with his $150,000-a-year contract as a radio DJ in Denver by pressuring his employer, KYGO radio, to fire him.

对于这种人，霉霉忍不了了！她立刻反诉David Mueller性骚扰，并要求他赔偿1美元。

The pop star has accused David Mueller of reaching under her dress and grabbing her buttocks while they posed for a photograph together backstage at one of Swift's concerts four years ago. Mueller has denied the claim, which he said led to him getting fired. He sued Swift, prompting her to countersue.

1美元，只是象征性索赔，更重要的是得到他的认错—— I AM SORRY 。

2年后——2017年8月，案子终于开庭了。8月7日听证会当天，霉霉受到很多人的支持。大家纷纷都来排队。

在对面大厦的玻璃上，贴出霉霉的歌词助威。

霉霉本人则低调地出席了这次听证会。因为听证会录像未公开，一名参与的工作人员画出了当时的素描。在Twitter上有人也公布了部分细节。

在听证会上，David Mueller否认了自己的性骚扰行为。他的律师举出了很多细节，来表示David Mueller没有性骚扰。英语君整理了其中3点。

①裙子质地偏硬，需弯腰

Mueller的律师表示：霉霉的裙子硬地和灯罩一样，只有弯下腰才能把手伸进裙子里。

当时，Mueller并没有弯下腰。

In his closing argument, Mueller's attorney Gabriel McFarland said Swift's skirt was stiff like a lampshade, meaning: 'He would have had to bend down to put his hand under her skirt.'


②霉霉和Mueller并不靠近

Mueller的律师表示：照片中，霉霉是处于两人中间，她和Mueller并不靠近。

He also said she was positioned in the center of the frame, implying she wasn't actually leaning away


③霉霉照片中笑地很开心

Mueller的律师还质疑照片中斯威夫特的风范。照片中的霉霉似乎笑地很开心，不像是受到性骚扰的样子。

McFarland also questioned Swift's demeanor in the photo.

对此，Taylor Swift一方也做出了回应。英大整理出了主要的2点。

①霉霉感受到了他的性骚扰

霉霉在法庭上说：“这是明确的抓取，持续了很久。因为时间够长，所以我完全肯定他是故意的。”同时表示，自己和这个人不认识，不会故意冤枉他。

“It was a definite grab, [a] very long grab,” Swift said in court.“It was long enough for me to be completely sure it was intentional.”


②照片表情不对，就不是骚扰？

霉霉的律师表示：“当有人抓你的屁股，你会是什么反应？你会（在照片中）震惊吗？”律师认为泰勒 · 斯威夫特的脸没什么不对的。

霉霉则表示自己当时和观众在拍照，后面还有很多歌迷等着，只能暂时忍下来。

“Is that the face of someone who’s had someone grab their butt?“There’s nothing in Taylor Swift’s face to suggest anything is wrong.”


对于对方律师提出的“霉霉和Mueller并不靠近”。霉霉表示，就是因为受到了骚扰所以才更靠近左边（照片中也确实是靠左）。

最后，法院判决Taylor Swift胜诉。
