Hard to tell.It could be the name of a magazine.难说，可能是一本杂志名。
Could be.或许是。
Might be.可能是。
I couldn’t say.我说不准。
I can’t be sure.我说不准。
I can’t decide.我说不准。
I really can’t tell.我真的说不准。
Hard to tell.很难说。
