乐宁名师介绍 ：Tim Franta（附图）

Tim Franta is a senior level English language teacher with extensive experience both in the educational and business communities. Prior to coming to China, Tim was a staff member at Sun Microsystems and KPMG.  He has traveled world wide doing high level consulting as well as business level instructions. He has taught computer utilization throughout Europe and Asia and has written many internal articles concerning the utilization of WWW resources for recruitment and retention. During the early 1990’s he spoke globally about www utilization when the web was in its infancy and has been recognized in many publication as having made a significant contribution to www based recruitment.

Currently Tim is the Director Academic Services at Learning Education Center in Shanghai. He initial was assigned by Learning Education Center to Wenzhou in 2003, but later relocated to Shanghai to assume the role of Director. Since moving to Shanghai, Tim has developed many special English language based courses. These courses include Interviewing Techniques for college students who plan to attend school aboard, “Doing Business in English” a course designed specifically for International Trade and “Customer Service English” a course designed to assist customers service professionals in developing their English skills.

Tim is also instrumental in LEC’s IELTS program, and monitors a bbs in English on WWW.HJBBS.com a traditional Chinese based website. He answers all questions in English and encourages the use of English in his bbs. He is currently working in conjunction with the LEC IELTS department to develop more innovative ways to enable the students to learn the IELTS testing methodology.
