在上海世博局局长特别助理张蕴杰的陪同下，唐英年一行乘车进入世博园区，实地考察了香港馆的建设施工与布展情况，并登上中国国家馆顶层平台，鸟瞰世博园区全景，详细了解了上海世博会的规划与建设进展。随后，唐英年一行赴位于世博会浦西园区的城市最佳实践区进行了考察。

A delegation led by Henry Tang Ying-yen, the Chief Secretary for Administration in Hong Kong, today inspected the under-construction Hong Kong Pavilion at the Expo site.

He also visited the China Pavilion and Urban Best Practices Area.

Zhang Yunjie, special assistant to director of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, accompanied the delegation.
