Away 副词，表示离去、离开、在远处，可以表示离开的动作、也可以表示离开的状态。并且，away在表示离开的含义时，不强调到什么地方去。

Off 副词，表示走开、断开、分离、放假的含义。表示从一个位置到另一个位置。

另外，off也可用作介词，表示“从……离开”、“位于……不远处”、脱落（折扣）。
