Confidence is the one thing women consistently say they want in a man. Confidence is king. That means as long as you feel good about what you have to offer, and as long as you’re comfortable with yourself, you have a shot.

2. Ambition
野心

Men too often think that all women care about is money, but that’s nonsense. The reason women gravitate toward men with successful careers is because their success at work is indicative of certain attractive personality traits: commitment, discipline, strong work ethic.
男人总是以为女人只在乎钱，简直是胡说八道。女人被事业成功的男士吸引的原因是他们事业上的成功代表了他们会有一些迷人的品格：有担当、自律、良好的职业道德。

A good sense of humor is one of the qualities women almost always mention when listing off the things they look for in a man. A good sense of humor just means you know how to tell and take a joke.
女人在列举喜欢的男人的品格时总会提到幽默感，良好的幽默感就意味着你知道怎样开玩笑，也开得起玩笑。

4. Passion
热情

Women love to see that you’re passionate, because in their minds passion in one sphere of life that can be transferred into another sphere of life.

5. Intelligence
智慧

Many women find smarts as sexy as physical appearance. Avoid running your mouth on subjects you know nothing about. Better to be suspected a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Sometimes, all a woman needs you to do is listen. This is hard for us guys, because we’re very “action-oriented.” If you can show a woman you have the capacity to pay attention to her, it will radically improve your chances.

Women are much, much better looking than we are. They care about looks too. Try to keep yourself well-groomed. Wear clothes that fit, and at least make an effort to keep yourself in shape.

10. Independence
独立

They want a guy who is capable and independent, able to make his own decisions, and cook dinner for himself. Despite what you might think, no woman wants to be your mother.
