Good thing he was always prepared. Several items needed to be done within the week were already completed. After the meeting, some of the work needed to be updated, but that should not take too much time. Other tasks on his to-do list would not be due until the following week. This gave Shawn a bit of leeway as there was no immediate deadline rushing upon him. He could afford to take it easy for a while, and for sure, he felt he needed the breathing room. Shawn inhaled and exhaled, taking deep breaths.
