有一些涉黄、涉毒或者微博禁言的演员，应该终身禁演，应该把这个写到条文当中:

看到你们家小区的围墙没有了，您会怎么想:

推行街区制，对已经建成的，包括小区和机关大院都要逐渐地放开:
gated residential communities and enclosed compounds of government departments should open to public/be linked to public road network over time

2030年是比较远:
is still far off

Part 7

党中央、国务院是高度重视、积极回应的:
take their concern very seriously and respond very actively

新修订的法律要不折不扣地得到落实:
newly revised laws must be enforced faithfully/to the letter

任何治理都是有代价的:

Part 8

理论上讲，有关国家在朝鲜半岛还处于战争状况，是不是也够奇葩的？

美朝深度不信任，每次达成一个共识，“9•19”达成一个共识之后就横生枝节:
