This is stunning. I love the hint of iridescent green in the black fur, and while it feels dramatic, it's also beautifully warm around my neck without being stifling. The buckle around the throat adds a touch of rock and roll which makes my whole outfit look very cool, while the high neck seems to add inches to my petite frame.

Wow! This is a real showstopper. Admittedly, it isn't something you'd want to wear every day as it's quite heavy, but I love it. It's a great choice to hide a craggy neckline (as I have, alas) without making me look buttoned-up. But what really amazes me is the effect this high, tight collar has on the line of my dress. It makes my body look much longer and leaner. It would be equally beautiful worn with a long dress.

And tied on over my little black dress, it immediately gives my outfit a retro Thirties feel. It's perfect for adding a touch of vintage chic to a dress, and you could wear it over a jumper or a round-necked coat on a chilly day.

This is a simple shirt collar with sparkling blue stones sewn on, which cast a flattering light on to my face, brightening up my skin. Because the stones are pale blue, the collar doesn’t feel too blingy.
