汇丰银行证实出售三座主要办公大楼
London’s Sunday Telegraph reported that HSBC was considering selling three of its biggest office buildings to raise £2.7 billion or $3.98 billion.
伦敦的星期日电讯报报道说，汇丰银行正在考虑出售三座最大的办公楼募资27亿或者39.8亿美元。
“We are taking a look at the market, yes,” a spokesman David Hall said in Hong Kong. “There are people interested in buying at an appropriate price.”
汇丰银行的一位发言人戴维·豪尔在香港说，“我们正在观察市场，很多人有兴趣在合适的价位购买我们的大楼。”
He declined to give further details.

HSBC bought back its building at Canary Wharf for £838 millions from ailing Spanish property firm Metrovacesa at the end of last year after the Spanish firm failed to refinance a loan secured on the building.
汇丰银行之前曾把金丝雀码头的大楼卖给西班牙地产公司Metrovacesa，后因这家公司定期资金来源出了问题，汇丰以8.38亿美元将大楼买回。
The bank raised £12.5 billion in a sharing offering this month.
