坐落在上海市区北侧的安远、江宁路口。建于1918年，是一座仿宋殿宇建筑，布局严谨，结构和谐，气势宏伟。寺内中轴线上，依次为天王殿、大雄宝殿、玉佛楼（方丈室），左右两侧有卧佛堂、观音殿、铜佛殿和斋堂，错落有致。每逢初一、十五或佛教传统节日，善男信女，三皈居士，接踵而至。院内香烟缭绕，福烛高照，都市风光中的丛林名刹，超凡脱俗、别具韵味。
