    The 1900s是一支来自芝加哥的七人迷幻流行乐队。他们之间既有新加入的成员，也有从搭校车就开始玩耍的好朋友，这给他们带来十分狂热且稳定的关系。当The 1900s还在Live Show的时候，他们就发行过一张EP《Plume Delivery》，这还要多亏在第一次表演时就一眼看中他们的Parasol Record，他们的第一张专辑《Cold & kind》也因此于2007年顺利发行。虽然只有六首歌，The 1900s还是如旋风般立即在芝加哥走红，并在家乡举行了一场一场的表演，赞誉连连。这使得他们日后可以和Midlake以及Iron&Wine合作演出。
