居留签证的英文：
Residence Visa

美国国会民主党参议员查尔斯·舒默和共和党参议员迈克·李共同撰写了一份议案，向符合一定条件的外国购房者发放居留签证。根据该议案，任何在美国民用住宅市场现金投资至少50万美元的外国人，都可以获得在美国的居留签证。当然，居留签证永远是跟房产绑定的，一旦房产被出售，则合法居留权自动停止。
