Lie to Me

Lie to Me is an American crime drama television series. It originally ran on the Fox network from January 21, 2009 to January 31, 2011. In the show, Dr. Cal Lightman (Tim Roth) and his colleagues in The Lightman Group accept assignments from third parties (commonly local and federal law enforcement), and assist in investigations, reaching the truth through applied psychology: interpreting microexpressions, through the Facial Action Coding System, and body language. 
《别对我说谎》是一部美国罪案电视连续剧。它最早在2009年1月21日在福克斯电视台播出，直至2011年1月31日。在剧中，卡尔·莱特曼博士（蒂姆·罗斯饰演）和他的同事们在莱特曼集团接受第三方委托（一般是地方或联邦的执法机关），协助调查，运用心理学摸清事实真相：通过面部表情编码系统分析微表情和肢体语言。

A microexpression is a brief, involuntary facial expression shown on the face of humans when one is trying to conceal or repress an emotion. They usually occur in high stakes situations, where people have something to lose or gain.
微表情是人在试图隐藏或者控制某种情绪时不自觉地表现出来、且持续时间很短的一种面部表情。微表情通常会在人们经历得失、情况危急的时候出现。

A microexpression is a brief (as fast as 1/25 of a second), involuntary facial expression showing disgust, anger, fear, sadness, happiness, surprise, andcontempt. They are not culturally determined, but universal across human cultures. Unlike regular facial expressions, it is extremely difficult to fake microexpressions. And, no one can fake it above a certain level.
微表情出现的时间非常短暂（几乎为1/25秒），是一种在无意识状态下表现出厌恶、愤怒、恐惧、悲伤、幸福、惊讶以及轻蔑这七种情绪。它们不是由某种文化所决定的，而是人类共有的。不像一些规律性的面部表情，要假装出微表情非常难。而且，没有人能够以假乱真超过某个程度。
