背景介绍：

深圳这周开始执行号称“史上最严”的控烟条例。该条例不光室内全面禁烟，室外也相当多的场所禁烟，如医院、学校、人流密集处人行道等。执行首日，多人遭到处罚。

话题：

1、你介意别人在公共场所吸烟吗？

2、如此严格的控烟法令将极大地限制烟民的吸烟区域，这对于他们来说是否有失公平？如何平衡这之间的利益？

范例1：

I loathe smoking, especially smoking in the public. Each time when I see somebody doing this, I would consider him or her as a selfish person who doesn't care about other's feelings. Unfortunately, those people were everywhere in my city.

Breathing the choking air is suffering for people who don't smoke, let alone the hazards of second-handed smoking. Luckily we have an anti-smoking act from now on. And people who don't follow the rules would have to pay a price for their improper behaviour. As far as I know, this act isn't as strict as some Medias proclaimed. At least, the government haven't raised the cigarette's price to an sky-rocketing level, which is considered as the 'ultimate approach' of smoking-control. However, instead of enforcing the new act in a hurry, I do think our government should establish enough 'smoking sites' firstly, by doing which the new act can be carried out better.

范例2：

Smoking in public area is unacceptable, be it indoors or outdoors. It is common knowledge that the numerous chemicals in cigarettes are carcinogenic, increasing the chance of getting cancer. One can argue that choosing to smoke is one's freedom; more important than that, however, is that having access to clean air, free from second-hand cigarette smoke, is one's right. People who smoke can choose to kill themselves with cancer, but they have absolutely no right to kill people around them with their toxic emission. Smoking has to be banned in all public areas.
