范例1：

Talking about ideal home, so many different ideas just appear in my mind. I would like to choose a house located not far from the downtown and close to shopping stores. Personally speaking, the convenience of transportation and shopping is my priority. Moreover, inside my house I outweigh simple clean nice style and decorated with some family photos and arts. Additionally, the fancy home theater system can be purchased and put in the basement, which I can enjoy singing at home. Overall, the ideal home should be filled with sweet love and family care.

范例2：

Since research was done recently several things come in my mind for purchasing a property. Affordable housing is obvious the first thinking. The luck part is we have a couple of choices around our budget. Then we selected the location. We prefer to have shopping malls and good elementary schools around. Of course the place has to be also in relative safe area and good neighborhoods. If the environment is neat, clean, and green, that will be perfect. One of the townhouse I like is that there is pond behind, which can be seen direct from the front main entrance. I was so excited when I saw this view the first time because it looked like a painting with frame of the windows edges.
