Premier Li Keqiang has attended a welcome banquet hosted by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Bangkok.

Li delivered a speech during the event, saying the overseas Chinese’s constant efforts and friendship with local people have made their business an important part of the Thai economy. He said he hoped that the flourishing of their business will be a win-win situation for both the countries.

The Chinese Premier pointed out that China and Thailand have broad prospects for cooperation. He said the agreements signed during his visit will create more room for cooperation between enterprises from both countries, and more opportunities for Chinese merchants in Thailand.
