They've been married for 10 years.

But Alyson Hannigan and her husband Alexis Denisof looked just as excited as any other newly engaged couple as they shopped for wedding rings to renew their vows in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.The 39-year-old How I Met Your Mother star and her 47-year-old husband enjoyed a little romantic alone time without their two young daughters.
Alyson tried on rings in Cartier with a huge smile on her face as a delighted Alexis looked on. 

Alyson and Alexis met on the set of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and will celebrate their 10-year anniversary on October 11.Alexis proposed again in July and Alyson agreed to renew their wedding vows.'Now we get to have our kids at this ceremony.'It'll be shorter. We'll get to the cake sooner! YAY renewal!!!' Alyson said on Twitter.

The couple kept their four-year-old daughter Satyana and one-year-old daughter Keeva in mind despite their absence.They visited several children's clothing stores for the girls as they happily strolled about holding hands.Alyson was on the hunt for a pink dress for Satyana, possibly as a ring barer's outfit, and visited several stores before finding the right one.

Alyson looked adorable in a black, knee-length dress with green floral prints.The American Pie star paired the dress with a pair of brown two-buckle ankle boots and accessorised with a pair of large sunglasses and a necklace.She also carried a Chanel tote bag strapped to her shoulder.

Alyson wore her long red hair loose and down for the shopping excursion.Alexis kept it casual in a long-sleeved, blue button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of white jeans.Alexis also laced up in brown leather shoes and sported a bit of facial stubble.
