In this hot summer day, what do you usually do to beat the heat? For me, I always avoid overheating. In the heat of summer, I always choose some activities for exercise that won't overheat by body. Some good ways to get exercise but avoid overheating are swimming. I usually go swimming in the evening. Meanwhile, swimming can help me lose the weight.
Because I like travelling, I usually plan a journey to beat the heat. I like staying at the beach with my friends in the summer holiday. Also, eating some cooling foods is also the best way to beat the summer heat. Many fruits and vegetables can help adjust my body temperature and protect me during the long and hot summer days. They include apples, betties, cabbage, and also ice-cream.
So what do you usually do in the summer?
