The Associated Press's chief executive is calling the government's seizure of AP journalists' phone records unconstitutional and says it's already having a chilling effect on newsgathering. AP President and CEO Gary Pruitt says the Justice Department's secret subpoena of two months' worth of records has made sources less willing to talk to AP journalists. 
 
President Barack Obama told graduates of Morehouse College Sunday to take the power of their example as black men graduating from college and use it to improve people's lives. 
 
Some lucky person walked into this Publix supermarket in suburban Tampa over the past few days and bought a winning Powerball ticket now worth an estimated $590.5 million. The jackpot is the highest in Powerball history. 
 
Severe weather moved through the Plains states over the weekend, bringing high winds, heavy rains and tornadoes. Two twisters were spotted Saturday evening near Rozel, a sparsely populated area in central Kansas
