4月26日是世界知识产权日（World Intellectual Property Rights Day），有媒体称，北京警方日前以涉嫌侵犯知识产权将思路网CEO周某等8人抓获，30名员工因发布下载资源（release resources for download）超过5万次以上也将面临拘留（detainment）。该网站已成立10年，会员达140余万。受此影响，知名美剧网站人人影视也宣布关闭其网站。

4月26日新浪科技消息，国内提供美剧及电影字幕翻译和下载的知名影视站点人人影视今天中午忽然关闭，站方没有说明原因，只在其官方微博中称关闭是暂时的（temporary closure），但没有宣布重新开放时间。

此前媒体报道，今天是世界知识产权日，已成立10年，会员人数达140余万，号称中国最大数字高清门户的高清论坛思路网日前遭北京市文化执法总队和警方联合取缔（clampdown），警方以涉嫌侵犯知识产权将该网站CEO周某等8人抓获，30名员工因发布下载资源超过5万次以上也将面临拘留。

据悉，在高清电影发烧友中，思路网可谓鼎鼎大名，成立10年的思路是国内最顶尖的蓝光高清网站，注册收费会员达140多万，每月只要缴纳50元会费，即可随意下载各种蓝光高清盗版大片。然而在今天，该网站被查封，CEO因涉嫌侵犯（suspected infringement）知识产权被抓获。
