Along with the obvious melting trend of language,the difference between Black English and Standard English is becoming smaller and smaller. Black English is as deeply rooted in America's politics as it is in America's culture. Above is a brief introduction about American Black English. In our next lecture,we'll continue to analyze the distinctive features of American Black English,the influence it has exerted upon Standard American English,and the reasons why it has not been assimilated by the latter but still exists as an American social dialect.
