要改善初期牙龈发炎，便要彻底清洁牙龈旁边。 从下面牙齿最后一颗臼齿的外侧面开始刷，也就是最靠近面颊的那一颗。

During toothbrushing, bristles should be placed at an angle against the gum margins, gently move the toothbrush back and forth in small amplitude like massaging the gums with only the bristles moving but the toothbrush head hardly moves. Consider two to three teeth as a group. Brush ten times for each group.
刷牙时，刷毛要斜斜的放在牙龈旁边。刷牙的动作幅度不要大，前前后后的，好像在摩擦牙齿，刷毛在摆动，但牙刷头只是少许摆动。两三颗牙齿为一组，每组刷十次。

Brush the teeth from one side of the cheek to the other. The movement should be gentle. Listen to the sound produced during toothbrushing. If the sound is too loud, that means your brushing is too hard. If brush properly, the sound should be soft.
从靠近面颊的一边刷到另外一边，动作不要大。可以听一听刷牙时发出的声音，声音太大就是不正确。刷的正确的话，声音不会太大。

After having finished the outer surfaces of the lower teeth, clean the inner surfaces of the lower teeth facing the tongue.
刷完下面的牙齿外侧面，就要刷靠近舌头的内侧面。

When brushing the incisors since the alignment of these teeth is curved in shape, the usual toothbrush motion cannot be applied here. Place the toothbrush almost vertically and brush the surfaces with the last few rows of bristles. Brush away from the gum margins. After finishing one tooth, move the toothbrush to the neighboring teeth to continue cleaning.
但是刷门牙的位置时，由于牙齿的排列是弯弯的，之前用的方法在这个位置就不适用。因此要把牙刷放直，用牙刷末端的刷毛来刷。动作是向外刷出，刷完一颗牙齿之后，稍微移动一点点，避免漏掉。

When all the 6 incisors are done, clean the inner tooth surfaces on the other side of the mouth.
刷完前面六颗牙齿之后，就要刷另外一边靠近舌头内侧面。

After having cleaned all outer and inner surfaces of the lower teeth, clean the chewing surfaces of lower molars. Place the toothbrush horizontally against the chewing surfaces. Remember to brush the last molar. In brushing the upper teeth, also start from the outer surface of the last molar at the back. Place the toothbrush against the gum margins. Take two to three teeth as a group and brush gently.
刷完两侧之后，就要刷臼齿的凹凸表面，这个表面称为咀嚼面。刷时把牙刷放平，谨记刷最后的那颗臼齿。刷上面那颗牙齿的时候，也就是从最后那颗臼齿的外侧面开始。将牙刷放在牙龈旁边，分两三颗牙为一组，轻轻地刷。

While cleaning the incisors, hold the toothbrush vertically. Brush away from the gum margins with the last few rows of bristles. When brushing the chewing surfaces, place the toothbrush horizontally. Make sure that every molar is thoroughly cleaned.
刷门牙时就要把牙刷放直，用牙刷头末端的刷毛来刷牙龈旁边。刷咀嚼面时，就把牙刷放平，没颗臼齿都要刷干净。
