2008年6月30日，武警在山东济南举行的“泰山2008”反恐演习中快速占领制高点。演习旨在检验处置恐怖袭击事件的应急反应能力、组织指挥能力和综合保障能力。

上述报道中，anti-terrorist drill 就是“反恐演习”。大部分玩过CS (Counter-Strike) 反恐精英的人对terrorist 肯定都不会陌生。在一场酣畅淋漓的枪战过后，都会听到Terrorists win或者Counter-terrorists win，宣布获胜的一方。Terrorist就是“恐怖分子”的意思，counter则是“反对，反抗”的意思，和anti有类似的意思，比如： counterattack（反攻），anti-social（反社会的）等。而drill这个词在这里就是“演习，训练”的意思，类似表达还有：fire drill（消防演习），military drill（军事演习）等。
