ceful:adj. 可耻的,丢脸的,不光彩的
例如: It was disgraceful to behave like that. (那种行为很不光彩。)
           He had done nothing disgraceful. (他没干不光彩的事。)

01月15日:She has always craved excitement.她总期盼着得到刺激。

v. 渴望;恳求
例如:I was craving for a glass of water.(我很想喝一杯水。)
          He craved favour of the king.(他恳求国王恩赐。)

01月16日:They are in grave danger.他们处于极大的危险之中。 

in danger:处于危险中
例如:He is in danger of losing his job if he goes on like this.(他再这样下去会丢掉工作的。)
          They were in danger of being drowned. (他们有溺死的危险。)
