The actress welcomed her THIRD child this afternoon - a baby boy named Tennessee James!The Oscar-winning star confirmed in a statement to MTV News: "Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today."Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled."

The little bundle of joy is Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth (who tied the knot back in March 2011)'s first child together.The 36-year-old has a son Deacon, eight, and 13-year-old daughter Ava with her ex husband Ryan Phillippe.

Throughout most of her pregnancy, Reese kept her baby bump covered - and kept a very low profile.But after eventually having to admit she was pregnant she told the Chicago Sun Times: "I'm feeling very round tonight. After I finish [Devil's Knot], I'm going to take a little time off -- and go have a baby!"

When she appeared on Daybreak here in February, the actress revealed she loved babies.She said: "I hug all my girlfriends' babies. They're all so stinking cute. There's a little sadness as they're growing up and walking away from you, but it kind of changes the whole dynamic."We have really funny dinner conversations now, and they know more about certain topics than I ever, ever knew."
