教大家 "Crap" 实用的用法（我天天用哈哈）① 废话（代替shit）：You’re full of crap 你说的都是废话 ② 糟了（代替fuck）：Crap! I forgot! 糟了，忘了! ③ 大便（代替poo/shit）：I need to crap 我需要大便 ④ 烂（代替sucks）：That movie is crap 那部电影超烂！

这是什么意思呢？Butterfly: 蝴蝶 Stomach: 肚子。“心里紧张”，比如：I’m so nervous, I have "butterflies in my stomach” 我好紧张，感觉肚子里有蝴蝶在飞。老美喜欢在爱情上用：When I see you, I get butterflies in my stomach 我看到你的时候就七上八下。
