龙年新春，台湾女子组合S.H.E成员Ella（陈嘉桦）发来喜报！她在微博上晒出与男友赖斯翔的甜蜜合照，正式承认将于今年完婚，婚期定于5月5日。“牵手，珍惜当下，我很幸福！是的，我终于不负众望要出嫁了……呵，婚事传了好久，非常谢谢大家的关注。在这里开心宣布分享，今年我们真的要结婚了。希望每个人都能遇上真爱，然后好好把握彼此，好好爱惜彼此啦！大年初四，新年快乐。”从照片可以看出新郎官一表人才，两人更是甜蜜有加！
