1月1日起，铁路部门开始调整售票时间，网络售票、电话订票、代售点、车站窗口等进行错时放售车票。但由于访问量过大，不少旅客在12306网购车票时，频频遭遇“系统忙”而无法访问。相比之下，电话订票比网购车票要更顺利些。

记者调查发现，网购火车票并没有想象的那样美，在春运的巨大压力之下，不少问题渐渐凸显出来：唯一的购票网站系统经常繁忙、报错，导致订不到票；火车票钓鱼网站也随之大增；一些外来工没有网银、不懂网络，网络购票并非他们首选……
