〖At the realtor's office〗
A: Hi y' all! My name is Serena and I'm so excited about the apartments we are going to look at today. It's a really good batch.
B: Hi Serena! This is my roommate Kevin, and we can't wait to see what you've got for us!
A: Well have a seat you two and let's get down to business! Now, what price range are we looking at here?
B: Well, we've decided we can pay about $400 dollars a month for rent so we want to see what that can get us.
A: Alright. The first place I'd suggest is one that just opened up in Greenville which is just ____1____.
C: Well, actually we want something right in the middle of ____2____ so we can get to work easier.
A: Alright, that's going to hike up the price a bit but let's see what we've got. Right now for your price range we've got three options.The first is being put up by a retired couple, fully furnished, 9 month maximum rent period for $575 a month.You will also need to pay a security ____3____ of $575 and the last month's rent before moving in.
B: Okay... what else do you have?
A: There's a place for $350 a month that doesn't look too bad in the picture. It's near the 4th street which is a higher crime area, but this says there's a doorman on duty 24 hours. There's a living room, a study, one master bedroom, a bathroom and ____4____.
B: Hmmm, we really wanted two bedrooms.
A: The last place open right now just went on the market but things have been pretty competitive recently. It's a place on the 1st street $535 a month but it's got two bedrooms, a kitchen and it says there's a ____5____ right on the corner.
C: That would be perfect! Can we go take a look?
A: Sure. Follow me, gentlemen!

A: 好的。 A: 好的。 A: 好的。
